Refunds and Returns

At All Things Creations, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom woodworking pieces and home décor. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something doesn’t meet your expectations.

Returns

We accept returns on non-custom, unused, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Custom-made or personalized items (including engraved, hand-lettered, or made-to-order products) are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at Jeffers3@allthingscreations.net within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide photos of the damage/defect and your order number so we can process a replacement or refund quickly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your purchase (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.
